Morgan has had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best architects and contractors in the country, helping to turn clients' dreams into beautiful homes. Morgan is passionate about listening to his clients and ensuring that their visions come to life through thoughtful and decisive action. As a member of Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty, he represents a new generation in the real estate business, following in the footsteps of his mother, Linda Briggs, owner and broker of Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty. He has gained valuable insights from her successful practices and aims to combine these with modern marketing strategies honed during his time at larger companies to distinguish himself in the industry. York Beach, a Victorian-era family resort with shops and restaurants, is comprised of Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches. Between the beaches is Nubble Point, home of the famous Nubble Lighthouse. York Harbor, a sought-after vacation spot since the Civil War era, is a beautiful residential area featuring grand oceanfront homes, estates, and the splendid York Harbor Beach, as well as fine dining, a marina, fishing wharfs, and the Reading Room. York Village, a charming downtown area, is the home of the Museums of Old York, dedicated to the promotion and preservation of historic York. Incorporated in 1652, many of York Village's original homes and churches remain intact.
