Anna Maria Realty, Inc, originated in 1957 as Blassingame Realty. Our mission is to provide clients with personalized and expert service with sales and rentals. Marie Franklin continued the business in 1974 as the licensed broker and owner until her passing in February 2017. Her daughter Dina, now owner, joined the office in 1992 and continues operating the family business under Licensed Broker Kenneth J. Jackson... Anna Maria Realty has roots on Anna Maria Island dating back to 1957. We provide clients with a personalized expertise that cannot be matched.
