Julio R Castano

Job Titles:

Julio has served our clients, initiating and building relationships, gathering and analyzing client needs, scoping solutions and ensuring full implementation of the solutions we provide. Due to his extensive background and experience in sales leadership, he has also worked hand-in-hand with project teams to design and deliver programs and services for our client's sales leaders. His broad experience across industries, from medical devices and pharmaceuticals to banking, retail and the service sector has enabled him to make meaningful contributions to many of our client engagements. Julio completed his B.S. in Business Administration (finance focus) from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico City. There, he also undertook master's studies in business and financial analysis.

Kathleen Stinnett

Kathleen brings 25 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to improve effectiveness, enhance fulfillment and create sustainable change and results. A popular speaker, author and facilitator, Kathleen coaches leaders at all levels of organizations to understand and improve their personal leadership effectiveness. Clients describe her as an energetic positive force and role model who helps individuals and teams make courageous and intentional changes. Taking a strengths-based approach to development, she works with leaders and organization to help create environments in which people flourish. In 2000, Kathleen completed a professional coaching certification program with Hudson Institute and subsequently earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentials through the international Coach Federation. Utilizing her expertise in the field and practice of coaching, Kathleen and Jack Zenger co-developed the award winning Extraordinary Coach program. In 2010, Kathleen and Jack co-authored the book The Extraordinary Coach: How the Best Leaders Help Others Grow (McGraw Hill). Kathleen completed her studies in coaching supervision under Erik de Haan of the Ashridge Business School and received her credential as a certified coaching supervisor in 2014. In 2015, she became a certified Positive Psychology practitioner through the Flourishing Center.

Linda Moran

Linda currently serves as the Chair of Academic Strategies and Director of the Business Concentration at Hillyer College, University of Hartford. Among other courses she teaches Organizational Change as well as Assessment of Organizations to doctoral students. Prior to beginning her academic career, Dr. Moran spent more than 25 years consulting in the arenas of leadership development, large-scale change, high-performance teams, designing team-based organizations and change management. Linda has served as a key note speaker at conferences across the country and has co-authored four books on teams, including Self -Directed Work teams: The New American Challenge and Beyond Teams: Building the Collaborative Organization. ​As a result of her global leadership work, she understands the needs of C-Suite Leaders. Linda works with executives , helping them clarify strategy and mission. She then partners with them to cascade strategic focus throughout the organization, generating energy around a defined direction and set of shared goals.. Some of her clients include CHANEL, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Novartis, Avalon Bay, PENNDOT, Navy MWR and Navy Fleet, Michelin and Toyota. Dr. Moran earned a doctorate in organizational leadership and adult education at Columbia University, a master's degree in organizational communication from the University of Maryland, and a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University. In her free time, Linda enjoys yoga and the activities afforded her by the four seasons of her Connecticut home.

Seth McCutcheon

Seth has nearly 30 years of consulting, facilitating and coaching experience in the arena of management and leadership development. He works with senior leaders to develop, design and deliver programs and learning experiences that bring about sustainable change, deliver exceptional performance and drive business results. ​He has worked extensively throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the U.S. Seth has worked across a variety of industries, consulting with companies in the financial-services, oil and gas, construction and land development, telecommunication, semiconductor, scientific instruments, defense contractor and high-tech manufacturing. Seth provides his client with assessment, developmental planning, process facilitation, team building, training and coaching. He helps leaders find solutions to complex business challenges, increase their leadership effectiveness and build organizations that foster high engagement and maximum contribution. Currently, Seth is working with a large regional banking system as well as a medical device manufacturer to bring together disparate cultures - post acquisition. He has brought together the acquiring and the acquired entities, helping them examine the journey each has taken to the point of merger, explore their past and potential unrealized contributions, acknowledge their concerns regarding change and uncertainty and forge a singular entity, firm in it's commitment to thrive. Seth has worked with IBM, Pepsico, Nortel, Kraft General Foods , Bell Labs, Pacific Life, Anthem, McKesson, International Rectifier and Medtronic, to mention a few. He has also provided leadership development experiences for executive clients of University of Utah. He spent several years as a core member of Achieve Global's Executive Consulting Group, where he took the lead in designing the firm's Leadership Development practice. Seth has a BA with honors as well as an MA in Organizational Communication from Auburn University. He is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment suite as well as numerous 360 instruments. ​Seth Lives in San Diego and enjoys boating, tennis and hiking the canyons and hills of southern California. In his spare time, he writes fiction and is forever working on the next "great American novel."
