AIR TEMPERATURE CONTROL - Key Persons

Our AC was not starting, and we suspected it was due to a mistake made when they installed a new furnace for us. At the time, we couldn't check if the AC was hooked up properly. They sent out a tech today, and he very quickly identified where a mistake was made. AC is running again! I appreciate a company that backs up the jobs they do and will make it right when they make a mistake.

Outstanding service. The AC compressor would not kick on during the evening. I called ATC at 7:00 am the next morning. I expected it would be several days before someone could come out. Even though their schedule was full that day, I was told they would take care of me and squeeze me in. Less than two hours later the technician called, then arrived within minutes. He was first rate - knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The tech replaced the capacitor and had the AC working in less than 10 minutes. I will never call anyone else for any HVAC issue.

I did a review before but Chris your worthy of another review because you not only take care of my problem, I had with my air-conditioning you took care of my mom and that means the world to me because it's a mom!! She really appreciates you coming out so soon to fix her air-conditioning! So again, you are the best and thank you for the great prompt service. I would recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

My air conditioner went out two days before the holiday. I called Chris and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule the next day. He was on time and went right to work. The problem was solved in less than 30mins and for a very reasonable price! I trust Chris and the work he does. I am a lifetime customer!

The repairman was polite and knowledgeable. He did the repair quickly, did not make a mess and when he was done showed me what he did and explained it all. Mostly he came right out in a very hot day. Highly recommend.
