L. Thomas Austin

L. Thomas Austin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1969. He attended law school at University of Tennessee College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 1973. In 1973, L. Thomas began working for Noone and Stringer Law firm specializing in Civil Defense. A few years later L. Thomas founded what eventually became Austin, Davis, & Mitchell Attorneys​. In addition, L. Thomas served as County Attorney for Sequatchie County for 9 years and served on the Tennessee Board of Trial Lawyers for 10 years.​​ Jennifer Austin Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1997. She attended law school at University of Tennessee College of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate in May 2000. In 2000, Jennifer began working for The Law Office of L. Thomas Austin which eventually became Austin, Davis, & Mitchell Attorneys​. In addition, Jennifer served as Attorney for City of Whitwell and County Attorney for Sequatchie County.​​

M. Keith Davis

M. Keith Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chattanooga in 1990. He attended law school at University of Memphis and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 1995.​​ Davis worked part time as a City Attorney for the City of Whitwell and as an Assistant Public Defender. M. Keith Davis has been a partner at Austin Davis & Mitchell since 1995.​​

Thomas K. Austin

Thomas K. Austin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008. He attended law school at Nashville School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 2012. In 2008, Austin interned for the Rutherford County Public Defenders Office where he worked alongside the state attorneys in criminal defense matters. Austin worked at Bone McAllester Norton, a Nashville law firm while attending law school. While at Bone, he assisted attorneys in various different areas including, Personal Injury, Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law and other Civil Litigation matters.​​
