Audio Video Designs was founded by Charles and Caroline Speedy in 1994. Charles was a Hi-Fi enthusiast and Caroline's father was a practicing electrician. In 1999, AVD began distributing Lutron Lighting controls and this business has continued to develop and grow. To complement the Lighting Control business, Lutron Sivoia Window Shades were added to the offering in 2006...
