Originally established as an importer and distributor for polyvinyl alcohol, Len Roland used his knowledge and experience as a chemical engineer to place off-spec chemicals and by-product streams. In 1989 Paula Marcus joined Ayers, and expanded the company focus to include serving as a reliable source and distributor for specialty chemicals.
