Kameron Stiely

Kameron joined our team in 2012. Kameron brought with him his experience and training in the area of commercial bankruptcy law that he received from his employment with Bass & Associates. He assisted in commercial debt collections with his contributions as a file and data entry clerk. Kameron is proficient in the areas of Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning including but not limited to his knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, Rules of Probate Procedure and Rules of Civil Procedure making him effective with our clients' case management. Kameron is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer certified by the Arizona Supreme Court and was trained by Shannon Trezza. In 2013, Kameron primarily prepares legal documents for divorce, child support, probate and post decree and consistently improves the efficiency of AZ Statewide Paralegal. Kameron leads in our initial meetings with our clients and provides general information on case proceedings to help our clients get acclimated with the process. Kameron collects the information necessary to prepare our client's documents and to provide them with options to proceed and to finalize their case. Kameron's experience and knowledge with the procedures required under Arizona law is an asset to our clients when they choose to represent themselves in their legal matter.

Kayla Thompson

Kayla Thompson joined our team in February of 2011. Kayla began her career with AZ Statewide Paralegal as a file clerk/receptionist, and very quickly became proficient in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate, deeds, and garnishments. Kayla is proficient in the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure and is directly responsible for the processing of each and every case. Kayla conducts the weekly meetings to ensure every deadline is met for every case. Kayla communicates with court personnel, court runners and process servers to ensure your case is handled without error. Kayla has recently been promoted to Office Manager and directly supervises all team members for the sole purpose of making your legal experience the best it can possibly be. Kayla is a Certified Estate Planner (CEP) ®, an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer and is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. Sharon has been a resident of Tucson, Arizona for 47 years, born in Los Lunas, New Mexico and raised in Tucson, Sharon is a fluent spanish speaker ready to assist our spanish speaking community. In 2003, Sharon began her career in the legal industry as a receptionist with a criminal and family law firm and was promoted to legal assistant within the personal injury department. Although Sharon is new to our office she brings with her a wealth of court knowledge, legal knowledge and attention to detail that is unsurpassed. Sharon is responsible for communicating with clients, providing updates to client cases, preparing cases for hearings and ensuring all deadlines are met. Sharon is an asset to our team and she looks forward to many years of providing her unparalleled experience to our clients. STEPHEN M. TREZZA - Founder

Stephen Trezza hales from New York. After graduating from Boston College (cum laude) in 1986 he began a three year travel adventure that included Europe, Canada, and the United States before he entered law school. In 1991 he graduated early from Hofstra University and was awarded a Juris Doctor. Mr. Trezza immediately entered into his own private practice specializing in Family Law, Probate, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. His firm grew to the point where he employed seven other attorneys and ten support staff. In 2006 he left the firm and founded AZ Statewide Paralegal, LLC which in two short years has become the biggest and most successful firm of it's kind in Tucson, Arizona. AZ Statewide Paralegal is still going strong and is now owned and operated by his wife Shannon Trezza. Stephen Trezza drafted and approved all documents that are used by AZ Statewide Paralegal and still continues to be an ongoing and valuable legal resource to the staff and to his wife Shannon. Stephen Trezza opened his Bankruptcy Law Firm, the Arizona Law Group of Trezza & Associates and he operates this business in the same building. Currently Mr. Trezza practices alone and he concentrates solely on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Consumer Law Center.
