Kelly Gleadall Beach is the owner of KMG Consulting, a behavioral health care service consultancy that provides assistance for foster care service agencies in finding solutions for young people that will keep them healthy. In her role as lead consultant, Ms. Gleadall Beach coordinates with Medicaid and other programs that provide a wide range of benefits for children.
