His numerous solicitorships include: County of Dauphin (1986-89; 2003-present); Dauphin County General Authority (2007-present); Dauphin County Tax Collection Committee (2010-present); Township of Latimore, Adams County (2006-present); Borough of Abbottstown, Adams County (2011-present); and Middle Paxton Township Zoning Hearing Board, Dauphin County (2008-present). His expertise in municipal matters such as land use and competitive bidding has recently led to special counsel appointments with the Townships of York and Franklin in York County.
