Berkeley BioSciences, Inc. is a molecular immunology and oncology company with two divisions: biopharmaceutical and nutraceutical. It is researching and developing therapeutics and nutritional products based on patented naturally-occurring and biologically optimized phytonutrients with potent immune modulating and anti-cancer properties. The company was founded by the former Chairman of the Nutritional Sciences Department and the current NIH Director of Cancer Research at UC Berkeley. The company's first product is the Berkeley Immune Support Formula, an immune enhancing nutritional supplement which is a fund-raiser for the company's nature-based cancer prevention and therapeutics research program.
