Billy's Oyster Bar was established in 1981 by the Poole family who owned and operated it until 2002... We have owned and operated Billy's since 2002. We have made a few changes but kept all the good fresh crabs, oysters, shrimp, etc. We even sell Billy's Special Spice... Billy's Oyster Bar Crab House, The Locall's Favorite Oyster Bar and Seafood Resturant serving Fresh Seafood in Panama City Beach for over 30 years.
