BioTox is a toxicology health and science management company that was founded in March, 1989 to serve the technical regulatory needs of the chemical, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Kapp has over 35 years experience as a toxicologist involved with the management, development and safety of new and existing products in a broad spectrum of industries including: chemical, petrochemical, food, consumer products and pharmaceuticals. He has experience in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) implementation and compliance (Covance - as an existing lab - and Exxon Biomedical Sciences - as a new lab); has managed the implementation of the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International (AAALAC) Certification for Exxon; has been as a study director on over 500 toxicological safety studies; was a laboratory manager at Covance and the toxicology laboratory director at Exxon.
