Hesham Sadeq

Hesham Sadeq is an entrepreneur a trainer for Blanchard Egypt® who enjoys helping people and entities to develop better versions of themselves. Hesham has graduated with a degree of B.S.C. In commerce, accounting section. Hesham's journey started in 1994 in IBM Egypt. First in external communication, then in ibm education center, that gave him a solid foundation about training industry, then moved to an ibm authorized education center as a branch manager. After 5 years in it training industry, Hesham started his 2nd phase of his career in modern chemical industries (MCI), that enriched his career with lots of challenges and career changes throughout 10 years of experience from it to finance to top management when he decided to start his own business in 2008. Hesham also attended throughout his career path a good number of training courses from soft skills to management & leadership. Hesham practiced these studies throughout the course of his 25 years of professional experience. Later he was certified a master of business administration (MBA) from the arab academy for science, technology, & maritime transport. Hesham had a good experience in training & development, commercial & distribution management, strategic planning, advanced budgeting/forecasting.

Hisham El Bakry

Hisham el Bakry is a master trainer for Blanchard Egypt®, he has more than thirty years of experience in the area of Training and Business Management. He is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Hisham holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Cairo University and a Master's of Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. Hisham possesses massive comprehensive knowledge and experience in overall company management, strategic planning and marketing. He is passionate about his work and develops personal connections to each project and client. He starts conversations from points of strengths and assets, valuing and engaging different styles of learning and processing. His methods are stemmed from developmental and strategic frameworks. Hisham seeks out opinions and ideas of people at all levels of power to create sustainable, healthy changes in organizations. Through his vast list of training certifications, and his frequent travels, Hisham has gained cultural appreciation and understanding that helps develop his awareness of Human Resources Development. He has facilitated countless leadership and management classes, led team building and strategic planning programs. Hisham is often called in to help shift workplace atmosphere to a healthier standard. As a Master trainer in Ken Blanchard's international programs, with fluency in both Arabic and English, Hisham has worked with both local and multinational companies in Egypt and the Gulf. Hisham is currently an active member of non-governmental non-profit organizations which work in the field of cultural exchange and community service. He is also the co-founder and chairman of Leadership Training and consultancy.

Najla Muttawa

Najla Muttawa is a Senior Blanchard Egypt® Trainer. She has a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the American University in Cairo. Najla further developed her career by obtaining a teaching certificate, TEFEL, from Trinity Collage, England. Followed by a Masters degree in TEFEL from the American University, Cairo. Mrs Muttawa has a 20-year career in Human Development, Human Resources, Change Management and Strategic Management. Her career enabled her to work in different fields such from universities to multinationals. Her rich and diverse experience includes being an Organization and Development manager in General Motors Egypt, where she led a project for General Motors Korea as Change Management Agent to implement strategic plans through the transition from Daewoo to General Motors. She was also the Human Resources manager in Pirelli. As a senior trainer, Najla has delivered many programs for Blanchard Egypt® with clients in many sectors, such as banking, pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and hospitality. Najla is also an active member in Hope Charity, an organization that develops and empowers unprivileged women to prepare them with skills to become financially independent. She is passionate about community and enjoys building relationships with anyone who cares about serving people.

TAMER ATALLA

Tamer Atalla is a learning & development trainer for Blanchard Egypt®, with more than 3 years of hands on experience in soft skills training delivery. He has a passionate style of facilitation that sends an aura of comfort in a training room, he delivers trainings in both english and arabic languages. Tamer is well known for keeping participants attentive and engaged by reflecting with the examples he uses on their work and organization or even personal lives. Tamer is well acknowledged in training different organizations, having a diversified client expertise in corporate sector with both local companies and multinationals. He has worked with clients in different fields, such as banks, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and others. Tamer currently trains multiple blanchard® programs, which include but are not limited to; leadership® experience, self-leadership and first time manager. Tamer graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering electronics & communications sector and he holds a master's of business administration (MBA) from maastricht school of management (MSM). His corporate experience started in 1999 in multinational organizations, such as SONY and Vodafone Egypt where he worked in various fields, from engineering to marketing and advertising which strengthened his personality and career through facing lots of challenges and career changes. He also owns his own advertising and media agency. Having a total of 20 years of work experience, Tamer has a rich background that helps him connect with a wide range of participants.
