BLACKWOOD CONSTRUCTION

In 1971, D. L. Blackwood founded Blackwood Construction Company after gaining over a decade of experience in drafting and pipeline inspection at Alabama Gas Corporation. With only a back hoe, dump truck, and three-man crew, Blackwood construction was born. The Cullman, Alabama based enterprise obtained its unlimited General Contractors license by 1979 and within two years became a full-fledged corporation in order to meet the continuing demands of clients... Our mission is to build a reputation with our customers based on confidence through our quality of services provided, to provide a safe work environment, and to treat each other with respect and dignity to achieve excellence.
