The Company has been formed to provide Commercial Diving and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) services to the Offshore Oil & Gas, Shipping and Maritime, Civil Engineering and Telecommunication industries. The main concept behind Borneo Subsea Services is to capitalise on the market need for a regionally based underwater service company to operate out of Labuan for the above mentioned industries. These industries around Borneo have always relied on the large multi-national dive companies from West Malaysia or Singapore to provide diving services. If there is any need of emergency or rapid intervention (call out) work, any of their equipment is required to be brought in from West Malaysia or Singapore at further expense and loss of time to the Client.
