Joseph W. Booth believes at its core that advocacy is the art of persuasion. Offering the combined skills from his experience as a student of psychology, a past United Methodist Minister, a legal scholar, and considerable training in negotiation, Joe promotes his client's interests empathetically, efficiently, and effectively. Mr. Booth teaches Financial Aspects of Divorce & Collaborative Law at Washburn School of Law, occasionally serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Johnson County District Court and is certiļ¬ed as an arbitrator through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Booth is Master of the Earl O'Connor Inns of Court. A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML). Mr. Booth lectures nationwide to private practice attorneys as well as Military Lawyers on family law issues including property valuations, child custody, child support, litigation, and attorney ethics. Mr. Booth serves as a board member of the Washburn School of Law Children & Family Law Center and is a Dean's Advisor to WU School of Law.
