Afua A. Wilson joined BRS in 2020. Previously she worked as a Director in the Banking and Capital Markets practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Afua is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Bruce C. Bruckmann co-founded BRS in 1995 and prior to that was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. He began his career as an associate at the New York law firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler. Bruce is a member of the investment committee.
Bruce received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Carolyn C. Warner joined BRS in 2016. Previously she worked at UBS in the Private Funds Group and CapitalSource Finance (now PacWest Bancorp). Carolyn began her career at Gleacher Partners.
Carolyn received a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, Master in Finance from Princteon University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.

George Kang joined BRS in 2018 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2023. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Jefferies LLC.
George received his B.S. from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Jimmy Shen joined BRS in 2022. Previously, he worked at Main Post Partners, a consumer growth equity firm, and MTS Health Partners, a healthcare focused investment bank.
Jimmy received his B.A. in International Business from University of California, San Diego.
Rashad Rahman joined BRS in 2003. Previously, he was in the Private Equity group of Deutsche Bank and began his career in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse. Rashad is a member of the investment committee.
Rashad has a degree in Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sarah C. Ogden joined BRS in 2022. Previously, she worked at Apple Retail in Financial Operations and Goldman Sachs in Consumer Retail Equity Capital Markets.
Sarah received a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Stephen C. Sherrill, co-founded BRS in 1995 and prior to that was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. He began his career as an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Steve is a member of the investment committee.
Steve earned his BA at Yale University and his JD at Columbia Law School.
Thomas J. Baldwin joined BRS in 2000, after working with BRS on several investment opportunities and serving for BRS on the Board of Directors of B&G Foods from 1998 to 2007. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, Tom was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm. He is a member of the investment committee.
Tom received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from The Harvard Business School.
Tory Rooney joined BRS in 2007. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of Wachovia Capital Markets L.L.C. Tory is a member of the investment committee.
Tory has a degree in Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
