BROWNSTONE CAFE

Keith has been working in the food industry since 1974, as a Chef and General Manager. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Class of 1980. Carole has also been working in the restaurant business for most of her life as a waitress and General Manager. Ever since they could remember, Keith and Carole wanted to own their own restaurant. On January 10, 1998 that dream came true when they bought the empty brown stone building and it's history and opened the doors a few months later, in June.
