He has estimated and managed multiple similar projects under both lump sum as well as GMP contracts. John has been a project manager to public, private, and non-profit jobs, providing years of local expertise to the project team.
Marc brings more than three decades of experience, $500 million in contract value, and over 5.5 million sq. ft. of custom commercial experience to CAM Construction. He is a hands-on executive, actively involved in all facets of every project from leading all of CAM's pre-construction work to overseeing project closeout.
His experience as both a builder and developer, coupled with a recognized passion and dedication to producing a quality products sets him apart from other industry executives. In addition, other industry professionals recognize Marc for his expertise in historically recognized projects.

- Business Development Manager
Mike joined the CAM team in 2017, fulling CAM's Business Development and Marketing Manager role. With a background in both public and private procurement, Mike manages CAM's daily business development operations and leads our digital marketing strategy.
He relocated to Baltimore, MD from Indiatlantic, FL, after fulfilling a Project Management & Strategic Communications role for a start-up Construction Loan Administration & Management software provider. With his technological background, Mike became CAM's in-house Technology Coordinator utilizing his ability to design and implement construction specific IT solutions, to meet specific contractual obligations, on some of CAM's most "high profile" projects.
Mike is actively involved in numerous local organizations including ULI Baltimore and SMPS. He enjoys spending his time outdoors, supporting the Baltimore Ravens, or coaching youth lacrosse.
Stephanie joined CAM's team in 2017, serving as the Controller.
Along with CAM's management team, Vince is involved with all aspects of pre-construction services including constructability reviews, scheduling, value engineering, and trade contractor management.
He is directly responsible for identifying and rectifying design and construction conflicts. His expertise lies in complex projects which are often multi-phased, for new construction and complex renovation projects. With both field as well as office experience, Vince brings strength to every project. Other duties include the management of CAM's field forces.
Vince is also charged with ensuring that all projects meet CAM's standard for quality. He is familiar with all forms of commercial and institutional work and has spearheaded many award winning CAM projects.
