Back in 1963 Bill Weibel retired from the county of Alameda and moved into a retirement mobile home community. When it came time to insure his new home, he found few insurance agents had any practical knowledge of how to insure a mobile home. Convinced he could do a better job, Bill set out to become the best mobile home insurance agent possible... In 1972 when Bill retired again his daughter, Diane Weibel White, became the new owner and continued to build an agency devoted to providing the best coverage available for homeowners living in mobile home parks.
