Allen brings a candidates perspective based on a highly successful marketing career as an executive in some of America's largest corporations including Disney, Time Warner, Con Agra, Mattel Toys, Citibank and General Motors.
Sawyer brings a sometimes conservative hiring manager's perspective having built her career on the employer's side of the desk for over 20 year as a successful retained executive recruiter with prestigious firms like Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry. She is presently a Partner for the UK based firm Morgan Howard.
As a reporter earlier in his career, Eric worked at WCAU-AM (Philadelphia, PA) CBS O&O radio station and was the Supreme Court Correspondent for CNN.
Much of Eric's radio career was spent in the news talk format, including stints in operations and programming.
As Executive Producer for The Career Doctors, Eric oversees virtually all aspects of the on air program including music, talent, guests and format issues.
Former Station Manager for WGST-AM in Atlanta where he helped build the station into one of America's news talk powerhouses.
