Aidan oversees the company and staff administration, health and safety operations and policies & procedures for live sites.
With a wealth of experience in painting and decoration in many aspects of the trade, Alan heads up our P & D department. His knowledge is invaluable for any project we undertake whether it be domenstic or commercial.
Brian overlooks the daily running of ongoing projects. He liaises with site management on schedules, personnel, architects and ensures the smooth operations of sites.

Cathal is a qualified quantity surveyor and Cascade's contracts manager. His role is to liaise with our estimating department and clients surrounding BoQ's, procurement and project contract's.
David, main role include the operation of sites from start to finish. He has full responsibility of the organisation of staff and contractors; ordering supplies, and ensuring projects are operating within budget and on time.
Gareth, one of our foreman looks after the daily running of our sites. He has full responsibility of the organisation of staff and contractors; ordering supplies, and ensuring projects are operating within budget and on time.
Gerard looks after the daily accounting in accounts receivable and payable, taxation and revenues, and cashflows from our office.
Graham oversees the daily company operations. Liaises with the management team and oversees the scheduling and processes carried out on our sites.
JJ is our quantity surveyor and estimator. He is in charge of tendering projects and performing cost analyses. He monitors valuations and variations, and he manages our company's budgetary reporting function.
Myles, part of Cascade's new expansion plan, looks after our new security section. His role includes lead generation, advertisement and install of security systems for commercial and domestic applicants.
Patrick, has a wealth of experience in construction. His role include the operation of sites from start to finish. With responsibilities including the organisation of sites, ordering supplies, and ensuring projects are operating on time.
