CAVALIER DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
In 1993, after obtaining his professional engineering license and serving as a Project Manager and Director of Land Development for a local homebuilder, Steve co-founded Cavalier Development Consultants. He saw the need for a local company that could provide the expertise to local landowners and investors in developing their land in a reasonable and cost effective manner. He was interested in building better communities within Frederick County that would benefit both his clients and the residents of the community. As a past president of the Frederick County Builders Association and Land Use Council, he remains committed to the building industry and the benefits it brings to the community.
