Dominick earned his degree in Mechanical engineering at Manhattan College in 1988 and since then has managed a variety of high profile projects in the New York and New Jersey areas. As President, he is personally involved in the company operations as a whole and brings years of field experience and strong financial controls to each project. Through his experience, Dominick knows the importance of financial planning and adhering to the project schedule. Dominick's commitment to the highest standards of ethical business practices and customer satisfaction is the foundation of his management style and work ethic and is at the heart of every project that Catcord undertakes.
Michael Sibbald has spearheaded the overall administration and coordination of projects in the New Jersey region.
As Director, Michael has effectively & consistently delivered projects of unwavering quality on time and within budget.
With his superb communication and leadership skills, Michael has cultivated longstanding relationships with both the subcontractors and professional communities. Additionally, areas of expertise include office operations from bidding & cost estimating to supervising the overall construction process from conception to completion.
His 15 years of knowledge and experience has resulted in a deep understanding of all facets of the building process.
Rick Leto is a construction management professional with over 25 years of commercial experience in many market sectors in which he has led construction projects from prospect to turn-over. Rick has spent meaningful time throughout his career in every role of the project. As a team leader, project manager, site supervisor and estimator Rick has an impressive list of projects in his CV totaling over 300 million dollars and 1,750,000 sq. ft. Areas of expertise include project planning, logistics, site safety, scope development, buyout strategy , cost controls, change management, field QA/QC, resource management, team building, value engineering, corporate interiors, building infrastructure, healthcare, structural modifications, MEP & control systems, CPM scheduling Digital Surveys and coordination of disciplines.
Rick has joined Catcord Construction to drive the company's expansion into the New York City market and assist with streamlining overall operations in accordance with Catcord's strategic growth plan.
