Allison K. Trost

Allison has been at CEP for 10 years, expanding our international footprint every step of the way. As the Vice President of CEP International, Allison manages a number of incoming international projects that are entrusted by our partners from abroad as well as managing our domestic client's international tradeshow programs overseas. She has developed an extensive network of partners throughout the world building strong relationships, that have in turn increased our international sales volume. Allison's attention to detail is second to none and her hands-on project management techniques are attested by the CEP key accounts that fall under her umbrella. She is a member of the OSPI Executive Committee and has spearheaded the founding of a group of young international executives to promote future development and forward-thinking within the OSPI network.

Cindy Joncek

Cindy has more than 22 years of trade show industry experience, 18 years with CEP as an Account Manager and 8 years as Department Director. Cindy overseas one of the industry's best Account Management teams and she will have direct oversight of your program from the day of inception. Cindy directs her team to maintain a constant watch on every detail, ensuring on time and on budget performance. Cindy began in the trade show industry working as a trade show coordinator (on the client side) in the medical industry for three years before becoming a "client" of CEP's. Starting with CEP Chicago in April 1995 as an Account Manager, Cindy was promoted to Director of Account Management in August 2000. In December 2007 Cindy moved to the Las Vegas location and was promoted to Director of Las Vegas Operations/Account Management.

Dennis Mahoney

Dennis Mahoney has been in the trade show industry for over 30 years, starting his career at Kitzing, Inc., often referred to as the grandfather of the exhibit industry. Dennis leads CEP's LaborSource division overseeing the coordination of labor, on-site crews and build set-up.

Jim Nelson

Jim Nelson has been an active participant in the trade show industry for over thirty years. Jim started with CEP twenty-eight years ago and has been involved in developing new business through sales and service, as well as logistics and purchasing. Jim is currently the Vice President of Operations and the coordinator of CEP's labor division. Jim is highly experienced in providing quality labor and supervision throughout the United States.

Mike Ebert - President

Mike has an extensive marketing background that spans the sales and marketing industry. He has developed and delivered integrated experiential marketing programs, B to B and B to C events, training initiatives, corporate business meetings, new product launches, customer satisfaction programs, reward and recognition, and performance improvement initiatives. Over the years Mike has led successful sales efforts for trade show exhibit and experiential marketing companies. Mikes knowledge of the industry and industry segments along with his diverse marketing background is a tremendous asset to CEP. Mike is an effective communicator with a consultative sales style, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen aptitude for assessing client needs. Mike's personal sales success story is published in a book titled "I'll Get Back to You" by Robert L. Shook & Eric Yaverbaum - McGraw-Hill, Inc.
