Holism also means that we consider you as part of an interconnected web of relationships, from the personal to society at large. Through this lens, we reflect on issues of identity, including ways that you may have internalized oppression from any ways the dominant culture has treated you. You may also wish to consider ways you have benefited from your position in society that you want to challenge... My psychotherapy practice is rooted in a holistic approach, encompassing mind, heart, body and spirit.
