Christopher Jackson - President

Christopher Jackson, P.E., P.L.S is the president and founder of CJ Engineering. Having worked in the site civil development field in Southeastern Wisconsin since 1992, he has a wealth of design and management experience. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, he has a B.S. in civil engineering and B.A. in history. Prior to starting CJ Engineering in 2005, he worked at Land Information Services, Inc, first as a land surveyor, then design engineering, and then Vice-President, in charge of the Engineering depart. At CJ Engineering, Chris is directly involved with the design and completion of every project and works with every client.

Patrick Shay

  • Project Engineer
Patrick Shay is a project engineer for CJ Engineering. After graduating from Marquette University with a B.S. in civil engineering, Patrick joined CJ Engineering in 2019 and has been a dedicated team member ever since. Patrick's appreciation for development motivates him to provide each client with the best experience by assisting in all aspects of the design, analysis and permitting for development and redevelopment projects.

Randy Bruckner - VP

Randall Bruckner, P.E. is the vice president of CJ Engineering since 2006 and specializes in design, analysis, construction engineering, permitting and project management of civil design for development and redevelopment projects. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.S. in civil engineering in 1998, Randall now has over 20 years of engineering experience in subdivision design, design-build and design-bid-build for all residential and commercial projects and is directly involved from start to finish.
