In order to complete your project successfully, our project management team will fulfill all pre-construction requirements, subcontractor selection, construction management and scheduling. The assigned project manager will be the point person for all project related correspondence and inquiries. One of our highly qualified superintendents will provide full time, on-site construction supervision throughout the project. He will take charge of subcontractor coordination, schedule compliance, quality control procedures and will ensure all work conforms to the drawings and specifications.
