In 1992, Bill began his company as a carpet cleaning business servicing residential and commercial buildings around the entire Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. In 1995, Bill expanded C&C's service capabilities and focused the company on disaster restoration services. Through hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service, C&C has thrived in the disaster recovery marketplace. Bill continues to actively manage the business and strives to ensure that C&C is an innovator in the disaster recovery industry. Bill grew up in Prince George's County, Maryland, and he is married with children.

Erika achieved a bachelor's degree from UMD College Park in Spanish and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. Erika is the Director of Administration and has been at C&C since 2016. She enjoys the Washington Capitals and spending time with her cat, Buddy, and her Beagle dog, Koda.

Hector is a graduate in accounting, obtaining his degree in Bolivia. Prior to joining C&C twenty years ago, Hector worked as a Master Water, Fire & Smoke Restorer, and Textile Cleaner. He believes in having a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity and is motivated to grow and learn. Hector loves to spend outdoor quality time with his family.
Kim achieved her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from Frostburg State University. She joined C&C Complete Services in October 2021 as an Account Manager and is now the Director of Sales. She has been in the Emergency Services Restoration industry since 2016 and understands a "sense of urgency" and will go above and beyond for her customers. Prior to that she owned a women's boutique for 10 years which was built from her love of shopping! Kim enjoys time with her three children, long-life friends, being outside, and live music.
Phil has been in construction for over 30 years. As a carpenter by trade, he's framed houses, built-out restaurants, commercial storefronts, and large warehouses. He started with C&C Complete Services in January of 2022 and reports out of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, three grandchildren, and three more grandchildren on the way! If Phil isn't working hard with C&C, he enjoys his motorcycle, camping, and RVing.

Phil joined C&C Complete Services in January 2022. He brings 10 years of remediation experience and 25 years of management expertise to us. He has acquired multiple industry certifications, including WRT, ASD, FRST, and OCT, and has a certificate as a Mold Remediation Supervisor, as well. Phil believes in giving 100% to whatever you do or it's just not worth doing! He grew up in Montgomery County, MD, and enjoys listening to music (he is a former drummer), bike riding, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Rosslyn is a native Washingtonian who currently lives in Upper Marlboro, MD. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University and a master's degree in accounting from Strayer University. She has been with C&C since July 2021. She is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys watching tennis and traveling with her family, parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Steven grew up in the construction industry working with his father at a very young age and eventually getting a job as a carpenter after high school. Steve went back to school and took his first job in construction management in 2006. Since 2006, Steven has worked in both the residential and commercial markets. He has built projects of varying degrees of complexity from design/build ground-up construction to high-end interiors projects. He has also worked both in the field as Superintendent and in the office as Project Manager working his way into leadership positions. He will utilize this experience to help drive C and C to the next level.
