Alessandri Coronel Park

Alessandri Coronel Park was created by CMPC in 1993 with the objective of encouraging culture and environmental education and to establish connections between the company and the community in the Biobío Region. The 11-hectare park is free of charge and open to the community. It features a 3-kilometer long path with diverse views of the native forest, an amphitheater with seating for 800, an educational nursery with many native species and a "tree room" where the paper production process is described in a didactic way. Alessandri Coronel Park had more than 150,000 visits in 2017. In 2018, the Company plans to inaugurate Alessandri Nacimiento Park, located in the city of the same name in the Biobío Region. The 4.5 hectare park, complete with native plants, an amphitheater and plants, is free-of-charge and open to the community.

Bernardo Larrain Matte studied Business Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He was appointed Director of CMPC on May 7, 2021. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Colbun and Director of Forestal O'Higgins, Minera Valparaiso S.A., Forestal, Constructora y Comercial del Pacífico Sur, Pasur. He was also a member of the Board of ICARE and, for the last four years, led the Sociedad de Fomento Fabril (Sofofa). As General Manager and President of Colbun S.A. he implemented the risk management model and was a member of the Risk Committee for approximately 7 years, since its creation.

Bernardo Matte

Bernardo Matte holds a Law Degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, a Masters of Laws from Pennsylvania University, and a Corporate Law degree from Universidad de Los Andes. During his professional career, outstands his service in Barros, Letelier & Gonzalez Law firm. He is also a Director of Forestal O'Higgings, Forestal Constructora and Comercial del Pacifico Sur S.A. He was assigned as CMPC Director in April, 2022. During his service in DP World Chile as a Director, he participated in the risk committee which involved the development of a crime prevention model, as well as being responsible for mapping a route of the firm's risks. He served into similar roles in Pasur and Minera Valparaiso, in corporate and industrial matters. He obtained experience in crossed risks committees for a logistics business; DP World Chile, where cybersecurity has been noted as a corporate risk.

Carmen Sfeir

Carmen Sfeir holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Chile and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Duke University School of Law. She is also a lawyer in Brazil, registered in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil since 2014 and a Solicitor (n.p) in England and Wales, registered with de Solicitors Regulation Authority. She has been practicing law in Brazil since 2018 and has been CEO and partner of DSD2B since 2019. From 2007 to 2017, she worked for the Volkswagen Group in various legal leadership positions in Brazil and Germany. Sfeir is also registered as a mediator with the International Arbitration Chamber of Vienna, as well as various chambers and registers in Brazil. With more than ten years of experience in the automotive industry, he has extensive knowledge of risk management. She has been part of developing the legal risk management policies of Volkswagen in Germany and a member of the risk management committee of the same company in Brazil.

Fernando Hasenberg - CFO

Fernando Hasenberg has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Los Andes and a Master in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Mr. Hasenberg started working at CMPC in 2000. He served in several positions in the Corporate Finance team before being appointed as Chief Financial Officer of our tissue operation in Mexico in 2012. In 2014 he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer at CMPC Celulose Riograndense and in 2018 he became the Chief Financial Officer of CMPC Celulosa. In 2020, we has appointed Chief Execuive Officer of the Sack Kraft business of Biopackaging, position he held until December 31, 2021 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Empresas CMPC.

Florencia Iglesias - CHRO

Florencia has a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Torcuato Di Tella University. She has developed her career mainly in Unilever, where in 23 years she fulfilled different roles in the Human Resources area, leading teams in Argentina, Brazil and Chile, reaching the position of Global HR Director for almost three years. In recent months she has dedicated herself to independent consulting based on her vast experience.

Francisco Ruiz-Tagle Edwards - CEO

Francisco Ruiz-Tagle holds a Business and Administration degree with a minor in economics from the Universidad de Chile and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Mr. Ruiz-Tagle joined CMPC in 1991. Since then, he has served as CEO of Celulosa del Pacifico, Deputy CFO of CMPC and CEO of Papelera del Plata and CEO of CMPC Paper Products, now merged with CMPC Packaging. In 2011, he became CEO of CMPC Forestry. In January 2016, he took over as CEO CMPC Forestry/Pulp, position he held until 2018 when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CMPC, succeeding Mr. Hernán Rodríguez.

Jorge Marin

Jorge Marin studied Business Administration at the IPEVE. In 1996, became a Director of CMPC. He is also Vice Chairman of Detroit Chile S.A. and is a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Security S.A. and Banco Security S.A. He is also a member of the Advisory Committees of Universidad del Desarrollo, Universidad de Los Andes Business School and, CEP (Public Studies Center). Broad experience in Risk Management especially in the Financial Services industry as part of Banco Security. He has been a member of its Board of Directors since 1996 and is also a member of the bank's Audit Committee and recently of the Strategy and Capital Committee. Also, at CMPC, he chairs the Financial Risk Committee which analyzes several variables that affect our operations such as exchange rates.

Jorge Matte

Jorge Matte studied Business Administration at the Universidad de los Andes. He is currently Chairman of CMPC Forestry, and Director of CMPC Celulosa, CMPC Papeles, Softys, and Puertos y Logistica S.A.. Jorge also serves as Chairman of the Amulen Foundation. He was appointed as Director of CMPC in April 2016. At CMPC and other companies where he participates in administrative positions, he has been part of the development of risk management models and their integral incorporation into the company's administration.

Jorge Navarrete García SR

Jorge Navarrete has a long trajectory in a variety of business divisions and positions at CMPC. His career at the Company includes, among others, responsibilities such as General Manager of Forsac Peru towards the end of the 90s, after which he took over as General Manager of Forsac Chile and remained for 10 years. In 2011, Jorge was appointed General Manager of the subsidiary called "CMPC Paper Products" which at the time encompassed the Envases Impresos, Forsac and Chimolsa business divisions. After that, in 2014, Jorge returned to Peru this time as General Manager of Tissue Peru, today Softys, where he successfully led the business before being promoted CEO for the CMPC Biopackaging division.

Jose Antonio Correa holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifica Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA from UCLA. He joined CMPC on August 8, 2004. Luis Felipe Gazitúa, Francisco Ruiz-Tagle, Javier Nuñez, Felipe Alcalde and Abel Sánchez Luis Felipe Gazitúa studied Business and Administration at the Universidad de Chile. In 2001, he became Director of Minera Valparaiso S.A.. In 2005 he was appointed as Chairman of Almendral S.A. and Vice Chairman of Entel Chile S.A. Since 2001 he is the CEO of Forestal O'Higgins S.A. He was appointed Chairman of CMPC in April 2016. Broad experience in risk management as president of CMPC's Audit Committee, which oversees the company's risk management, and member of CMPC's Financial Risk Committee. He is also a member of the Risk Committee of another company. Director for 16 years of the telecommunication company ENTEL S.A, which one of its business lines is cybersecurity. He is also part of CMPC's Technology, Digitalization and Cybersecurity Committee.

Maria Cecilia Facetti is a Chemical Engineer, an Ontological coach from Newfield Network, and a certified director by the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. She has also filled various leadership roles in firms such as Unilever, Monsanto, Danone, and Coca-Cola, being also the president of Cintac and the CAP Group subsidiary; Intasa. Currently, she is the director of the Chilean-Argentinian Chamber. She was designated as director of CMPC in April 2022.

Pablo Turner González

Pablo Turner studied Business and Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and received an MBA from the University of Chicago. He served as CEO of Falabella, Almacenes Paris and Viña San Pedro between 2000 and 2007. He is currently Chairman of AD Retail, Director of Watts S.A. and Moneda S.A. He is also Director of Holding Gastronomia y Negocios, and CMPC Tissue as well as Interbank Group and Intercorp Retail in Peru. He was appointed as Director of CMPC in April 2016. Experience in financial risk management, credit risk, compliance and regulatory risks in industries with a high level of regulation such as retail and financial services. Pablo worked in Falabella, a leading Retail and Financial Services company, in several executive positions for over 20 years including as CEO for 5 years. He also has experience in health and safety and environmental risks.

Sandra Riquelme Polanco

Sandra is a Geographer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, with extensive experience in sustainability issues, she has worked in private and state companies. In corporate and operational positions, and in stages of projects, operations and closure, she has led integrated teams and, giving socio-environmental viability to complex and relevant projects for the country. Her main responsibilities have been linked to the design and implementation of strategies, action plans and budgets; spokesperson and representation to various stakeholders; development and implementation of national and international standards; control, monitoring and reporting of results internally and externally (ESG reports); identification and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, permits, commitments and regulatory trends for environmental issues, territory and communities (both indigenous and non-indigenous), internal communications, corporate affairs and occupational risk prevention, in various territories in Chile and Latin America.

Ximena Verónica Corbo

Ximena Veronica Corbo holds a diploma in Business and Administration from the Universidad Pontifica de Chile as well as studies in Advanced Strategic Management at the International Institute for Management Development - IMD. Between 1998 and 2016 also performed in leadership roles within Nestlé enterprises. Since 2021, she is a member of the Marketing Icare Circle, Vicepresident of the Exporlac directory, and a member of the Regulatory Committee at Consorcio Lechero from the year 2016. She is also a counselor for the Sociedad Fomento Fabril since 2018 as well as a member of its Sustainable Business Development committee. Corbo is named Director at CMPC in April, 2022. As a member of the Directors Committee in Nestlé, for decades she had the view on risks impacting the food industry and continuous productive processes, as well as the direct action into the positioning of the firm's legislation. She was a part of the Regulatory Committee directive within Consorcio Lechero, seeking to anticipate regulative issues having an impact on the diverse echelons of the dairy chain. In the food industry, client and consumer data protection are key. She also worked in mitigating the vulnerability of the wrong usage and stealing of information in sales portals directed toward retailers.
