CCS has a staff of 12 people including Professional Engineers and Construction Inspectors that provide civil engineering, quality assurance (QA), construction management, general contracting and program management, for various clients. Our client list includes federal, state, and local governmental agencies, as well as private developers including engineering firms, and general contractors. CCS is a Georgia-based consulting firm that is pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) to provide professional services in the areas of highway design, general construction, roadway/bridge construction inspections, marine inspections and construction management.
