He has tried and argued cases before County and District Courts and the Supreme Court of Ontario (in the days before amalgamation) the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Justice, the Federal Court Trial Division and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has argued leave applications in the Supreme Court of Canada and argued the Veterans Pension case in the Supreme Court of Canada. He has appeared before such administrative tribunals as the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Municipal Board, the Discipline Committees and various Health Disciplines, the Federal Security Intelligence Review Committee and numerous commercial and labour arbitration boards...
