Carlos Rodriguez began his career at the Peugeot Group, before moving to the New Technologies department of Uralita, as Project Manager. Carlos has also worked for Procter & Gamble in Geneva in the marketing intelligence department. He was in charge of new product forecasting and the deployment of in-market sales tracking systems of major consumer brands. In addition, Carlos was responsible for managing cross-functional new products innovation. Carlos is a founding partner of the venture capital fund Milk Capital in Paris, where he was responsible for evaluating technology-based investments and the founder of Madrid Ventures, a tech accelerator for startups. Carlos is a member of the board of directors and CEO of CogniFit. He earned an Industrial Engineering Master Degree from the Polytechnic University Carlos III of Madrid, and the Grande Ecole INSA of Lyon, France.

Marc Filerman is Managing Partner at German Accelerator Life Sciences - an organization accelerating international growth of German startups. With over 30 years in healthtech, Marc has expertise in market development, commercialization, and innovation acceleration, and broad experience leading marketing, sales, and business development for large companies and startups. Marc co-founded a molecular imaging startup, and was Chief Commercial Officer at an NIH-funded hometech venture. Prior to that, Marc held multiple corporate leadership positions including VP of Global Marketing at iCAD, and Group Director of Marketing at Smith & Nephew. Marc holds MS and BS engineers degrees from MIT, did his graduate work at the MIT AI Lab, and started his career designing ultrasound imaging equipment.
Mr. Eisenberg started his career in banking at Schroders in Geneva before working as a financial analyst in the Trading Room of the Union Bancaire Privé. Mr. Eisenberg then moved out of the banking industry and worked for the IT Consulting firm Cap Gemini in their Telecommunication group in London. He then transferred to Paris to assist in the management of a Publishing Group before being recruited in the European headquarters of Procter and Gamble in Geneva where he held marketing positions managing a portfolio of brands. Mr. Eisenberg then went with P&G to Madrid to oversee the launch of a key Home Care initiative in the Iberian market. After this commercial and marketing experience, Mr. Eisenberg went to Paris and founded with a group of partners Milk Capital, a Venture Capital fund specializing in micro to mid-sized investments in sectors ranging for telecommunication and internet technology. He then took over CogniFit as CEO and finally was elected Chairman in January 2014. Mr. Eisenberg is also the founder & CEO of Bayrock. Prof Brugada is a Senior Consultant at the Hospital Clínic, Barcelona and Head of the Arrhythmia Section at the Pediatric Hospital Sant Joan de Déu and Head of the Arrhythmia Unit of the Clínica Quirón Palmaplanas and Clínica Rotger in Palma de Mallorca and Clínica Girona in Girona. Consultant in Clínica Teknon, Barcelona. Past President of the European Heart Rhythm Association. He has published more than 500 original papers in the most relevant international journals, with an H index of 83 and more than 25.000 citations. Prof. Brugada held also the post of Deputy Editor of the European Journal of Cardiology. He is member of several scientific societies and is Professor of Cardiology at the University of Barcelona since 1998. He discovered, treated and found the genetic cause of a rare syndrome causing Sudden Death, which is known in the scientific literature as "Brugada Syndrome". He is Doctor Honoris Causa by several Universities around the world and he has received multiple Prices and Awards including the Fritz-Acker Award of the German Society of Cardiology, the Josep Trueta Award of the Catalan Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Rey Jaime I Award in clinical medicine.
Tommy Sagroun started his career in consulting and financial services in Paris, France. He spent several years at Deloitte where he worked in M&A and auditing for listed and non-listed companies. Leveraging his consulting and coding knowledge, he designed and developed an audit software that became part of Deloitte France methodology. Tommy left Paris to join the New York branch of Barclays where he was responsible for business development in the biotechnology and health tech industries. Tommy joined CogniFit as Chief Product Officer (CPO) in May 2010 and became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2014. He stepped down as CEO in April 2021 and remains active in the company as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing strategic partnerships and all financial aspects of the company. Tommy began his education in medicine and later switched to business, earning a Doctorate in Finance, Tax, and Accounting from the Académie de Paris, France.
