David joined Conor Kenny & Associates in 2012 and his focus is to teach what theatre brings to business. An actor and a teacher of acting, David brings a powerful and deep understanding of how to perform professionally in many different and sometimes challenging situations. From his extensive role as a teacher of fine actors and for some of the finest institutions of actor training in Ireland, David gives highly creative and interactive classes that have a very long reach.
Particular areas of focus for David's corporate work includes customer service, public speaking and presentation skills, interview preparation, optics and media management and team building. His passion for acting and creating effective training methods utilizing drama and acting techniques has brought him through a fascinating career to date.
Geraldine joined Conor Kenny & Associates in 2012 and is responsible for the day to day running of the business.
Born in Dublin, Geraldine is our General Manager. Geraldine's background has taken her into the world of coaching, training and recruitment and her 25 years of experience have been gained in the educational, medical, retail and manufacturing sectors.
She has worked for University College Dublin in the Surgical Professorial Unit at the Mater Misericordiae Hospital as well as working with private clients in the UK and Ireland. Geraldine studied Education & Training, Personnel Management and Management Services at the College of Management Studies, Dublin. She was trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Neuro-Associative Conditioning and Hypnotherapy by Dr Richard Bandler, Anthony Robbins and Paul McKenna and in Emotional Freedom Techniques by Martine Moorby. She is a Certified Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and a Certified EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Therapy).
Grace Gallagher is a Partner and the Managing Director of Conor Kenny & Associates which she joined in 2007.
Grace is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where she obtained an honours degree in Business Studies and has subsequently been educated at The University of Limerick, The National University of Ireland, Galway and The University of Greenwich, London.
With a passion for continuous learning and professional development, Grace is deeply interested in business, how companies evolve, adapt and grow, but especially in how people are led, how they are educated and how they are helped to develop to their maximum potential. A deep knowledge of HR, quality and standards management added to a natural and highly educated understanding of management and leadership, Grace is also the author of several original courses focused on how our clients can get the best from their business.
Regina O'Loughlin brings a robust academic background to her work, holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a MA in Work and Organisational Psychology. Regina further enhances her expertise as an accredited Mental Toughness Practitioner and an certified NeuroAthletic coach, specialising in harnessing neuroscience principles for peak mental performance.
