Steven R. Canter is founder and President of CPI Consulting in Newport Beach, CA-previously Canter Property Inspection & Consulting since 1996. CPI has been performing inspections and consulting for property owners with indoor environmental concerns, water and moisture affect, drainage and grading of property sites, Infrared Inspections for water lose and moisture affecting structures both residential and commercial, for these past years. His background comes from construction since the early 1960s, Mr. Canter worked with his father and grandfather, building contractors, and other craftsman in multiple building trades. These people passed on their diverse skill-sets, learned over a lifetime, to Steve. Mr. Canter leverages this vast knowledge in every detail of building construction in his home inspections and mold investigations. Mr. Canter is committed to the quality of his service-a trait seldom found in today's professionals and companies.
