Our newest addition to the team is Bella. She lights up the room when she makes her grand entrance in the morning. Bella is a magnet to any friendly face who walks through the door. If you are a dog lover, please ask to say hello to her when you visit. She may be cuddled up on her bed in the back office, but she would be thrilled to see a friendly face almost any time.
John has been in the coatings industry for more than 42 years. He has experience both in the field (as a painter) and in the store (multiple roles). On any given day he might be found in the store helping customers, tinting paint or whatever is needed to support store operations. He's also the go to guy when we need to send the van out on deliveries.
Lana Williams, now affectionately known as the first lady of paint, "retired" from her previous career in medical billing to stay home when Gianna was born in 2014. Two years later, she officially joined the CSI team when Scott needed help in the office and Gianna went off to preschool. Lana has brought a sharp mind and much needed breath of fresh air to the team.
Michael Monroe has more than 40 year's experience in various positions within the coatings industry. He was an integral part of the Napa Valley Paint team from the beginning in 1981. He has been instrumental in the growth and success of CSI Paint since joining the team at its inception in 2005. He has an extraordinary color eye and has extensive knowledge in architectural, industrial and specialty coatings. Mike is responsible for inventory control and also remains very involved in our sales team.
Ronald Perazzo joined the team in early 2007 as the assistant manager for San Francisco shortly after we opened that store. He was promoted to Store Manager of the San Francisco Store in 2012. Ron is an efficient paint mixer and is well liked by the customers for his excellent service. He has more than 20 years in the coatings industry.
Scott Williams is the President and founder of CSI Paint. He graduated from California State University, Chico in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. He grew up in the paint business and has learned it from bottom to top and inside out. Scott has been involved in the industry ever since his dad opened Napa Valley Paint in 1981. Scott founded CSI Paint in 2005.
Steve Arampatzis is the V.P. of Technical sales. He has over 45 year's experience in the coatings industry. He started as a shipyard painter in the early ‘70's. In 1983 he became a painting contractor. Therefore, from the contracting side, he has extensive field experience. Since joining the Napa Valley Paint team in 1989 he has flourished on the supply side of the industry in many different capacities. He is skilled as a technical advisor, field inspector and sales consultant. He has a strong background in high performance industrial coatings as well as equipment.
