The purchase included assets, equipment, design rights, and technology of the Fabricated Products Division of RM Engineered Products, Inc. which focused predominantly on critical seal applications in the aerospace industry... Custom Fabricated Products is a manufacturer of High Temperature Gaskets, Tadpole Tapes, Seals and other related products... Coupled with these capabilities and material knowledge, Custom Fabricated Products manufactures products that protect and seal against chemical attack, heat, flame, abrasion and other hostile exposures.
