Jeff Cullinane

Jeff Cullinane represents tax-exempt organizations, foundations, and business associations across the United States. He has a wide range of experience in nonprofit and corporate law. Previously, Jeff worked as in-house general counsel to a Fortune 200 company (the largest private landowner in Texas) where he gained valuable experience in business law, litigation, real estate, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also served as an assistant attorney general in the Texas Attorney General's Office. He started his career as a litigation associate at a San Antonio law firm where he represented entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, and family foundations. Prior to law school, Jeff worked for the Irish parliament (Dail Eireann) in Dublin, Ireland and for the Texas House of Representatives. Jeff's broad background helps clients make informed decisions for their organization's complex legal needs.

With over 20 years of experience as an attorney for nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, Mollie provides corporate, tax, and governance counsel to a diverse range of clients across the United States. She helps nonprofits navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape, from formation and tax-exemption to compliance and advocacy. As a featured author and speaker, Mollie shares her insights and knowledge on nonprofit law, charity governance, philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship. She has served in diverse community leadership positions, from a university regent to a preschool board chair. She has also taught college classes on "Social Entrepreneurship." This background gives clients exceptional service, as Mollie provides her clients with practical legal and management advice so they can find success. Mollie Cullinane is an award-winning nonprofit attorney who has spent her entire 20+ year career working with nonprofits and associations. Previously, Mollie worked with nonprofits in fundraising and program development. She started this nonprofit law firm when she saw a gap for legal services for smaller sized nonprofits.
