Bonnie Menefee - Bonnie was a chair-side assistant in Culpeper for 11 years. She is a 2006 NOVA Dental Hygiene program graduate and graduated with honors. She has been with our practice since March 2007.
Janeth Hernandez - Janeth joined our team in late December 2018. She recently moved to the area and is loving the small town community feeling of Culpeper. Janeth is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in helping our patients with their dental needs. She has been in the dental field since 2005. When she is away from our office, Janeth enjoys spending time with her family. She has been a tremendous addition to our team.
Kara Barroso - Kara joined our practice in 2010. She is a Rappahannock County native where she graduated high school in 2009. She is X-ray and CPR certified. She is our Senior dental assistant here at Culpeper Dental Associates. She has experience working with both doctors but currently assists Dr. Simpson full-time.
Laura Clayton-Owens​ - Laura is our newest team member joining us in March 2021. Laura is a native to the Culpeper area and after graduation, she joined the United States Army where she began her career in dentistry. Since her honorable discharge, she has relocated back to Culpeper to be near her family. She is one of the friendly faces you see upon arrival in our office. As one of the front desk team members, she is happy to help our patients with any questions or concerns they have regarding treatment. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
Michelle Branham - Michelle has been working in the dental field since 2001. She was an orthodontic assistant and lab technician for 6 years, before graduating with honors from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in Hygiene in 2009.
Paula Fincham - Paula has been working in the dental field since 1995 and prior to that she has worked in the insurance industry. She open the office with Dr. McCall in 2003, and worked with him for the State of Virginia. She is trained in the CEREC technology, x-ray certified and is a dental assistant also.
Tara Washington - Tara joined our team in 2017 as a dental assistant. She takes pride in helping our patients improve their overall oral health by making them feel welcome and cared for in our office. Her super witty personality will help to calm any fears you may have. She has been in the dental field since 2011 and hopes to further her education by entering Germanna College's hygiene program. She enjoys all genres of music, outdoor activities with her daughter and skiing.
Tavia Grayson - Tavia is a Culpeper native and has been a part of CDA since 2016. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and is the first friendly face that patients will see when they walk through our doors. As your insurance and billing specialist, she will help you navigate through the confusing world of insurance and financing. She is a patient advocate and will go out of her way to help assist and answer any questions you may have! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, Bachata and cooking.
