Aly-Khan transitioned from a career in the private sector, spanning agriculture, food and beverage, renewable energy, and technology, to join Dalberg in 2010. His motivation was to engage with the world's most pressing challenges. Presently, he serves as a Partner in Dalberg's Europe region and established the London office, where he is currently based.
Aly-Khan's interests and expertise revolve around two core areas, both fueled by his commitment to addressing global issues that tend to affect the greatest number of vulnerable people, in collaboration with Dalberg's clients. Firstly, he focuses on the intricate interplay of sustainability within agriculture, energy, and climate change. His pursuit involves identifying transformative approaches to reconcile potential trade-offs between socioeconomic progress and environmental sustainability. Secondly, recognizing that by 2030, more than 80% of the world's most impoverished and vulnerable populations will reside in fragile conflict-affected regions or will be displaced individuals, Aly-Khan leads Dalberg's Conflict, Security, and Humanitarian Aid practice. In this role, he guides Dalberg's global initiatives to support aid organizations in enhancing their effectiveness and optimizing responses to both chronic and acute conflicts.
Aly-Khan collaborates with a diverse spectrum of clients, including multilateral organizations, governments, donors, foundations, civil society groups, corporations, and private investors. He combines his expertise in strategy, organizational design, and effectiveness, with the ability to mobilize investment capital to tackle the intricate challenges faced by clients.
Aly-Khan began his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, along with a Master's in Economics from McGill University.

Anne has also served in internal leadership roles supporting Dalberg's strategic transformation, the firm's People & Values Committee, and global Talent operations.
Prior to Dalberg, Anne supported multilateral and bi-lateral investment decisions and implementation for the International Finance Corporation's (IFC) inclusive business unit, USAID and State Department-funded education and civil society programs at IREX, economic cooperation programs at UNDP China, and counter-trafficking work at the International Organization for Migration in Tajikistan. She also developed research on public-private partnerships for the Brookings Institution, on impact investing and strategy to launch the US Impact Investing Alliance while at the Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation, and on social entrepreneurship for Coca-Cola in Ghana.
Anne holds a Masters in Global Human Development from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and International Studies from Macalester College. She speaks Chinese, and is proficient in Serbo-Croatian and Hindi.

Annette is an Associate Partner in Dalberg's London office. Her work spans a wide range of areas including the agriculture, energy and health sectors. She has advised clients on strategy and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on evolving business models to maximize organizations' impact and efficiency, and on identifying opportunities for investment and innovation.
Her work in agriculture has focused on technological innovations to build rural livelihoods and resilience, including working with Mercy Corps to identify opportunities in digital financial and non-financial services for smallholder farmers in Ethiopia; working with a digital wallet start-up in Kenya to quantify its impact and potential for financial sustainability to increase its impact and efficiency; and helping the Rural & Agricultural Finance Learning Lab and Shell Foundation to write the ‘Understanding Rural Pathway Transitions: Insight from Kenya' report to think more dynamically about rural households' livelihood strategies. She has also worked on multi-country studies to identify opportunities for investment and innovation, including due diligences to inform investment decisions and opportunity reviews for major private sector and philanthropic investors.
She is supporting on a multi-year change management program with the world's ‘largest global agricultural research for development organization, the CGIAR, to redesign the operating model and integrate operations across 11 of its agricultural research centers headquartered in 15 countries. She has worked with USAID to develop the operational strategy and enabling environment strategy for a new multi-stakeholder partnership in assistive health technologies.

Astrid is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Data Insights (DDI), based in Brussels. Over the last five years, she has managed the design and development of data ecosystems and data-driven products with focus on public health, gender, and digital adoption. Astrid is responsible for the execution of DDI projects and the management of a complex ecosystem of end-users, data scientists, donors, data providers, and regulators. She is also the co-creator and co-leader of VIDA, a data toolkit that supports ministries of health globally by digitalizing public health programs to monitor key indicators.

Audrey has more than ten years of experience advising corporate, government, and philanthropic clients on a range of development and social impact topics, and particularly on inclusive development.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Audrey worked at the venture philanthropy firm Telos Impact, and before that experience she was a consultant at McKinsey. Audrey is also the co-founder of Spectralys Biotech, a start-up developing a unique protein analysis technology that it commercializes in partnership with biopharmaceuticals companies worldwide.
Audrey has an MSc in Business Engineering from the Free University of Brussels and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University (SIPA). She is also currently the President of Be education, an organization that supports initiatives focused on improving the quality of education in Belgium.

Ben is an Associate Partner based in New York. He brings fifteen years of experience in strategy and social impact working primarily in the U.S., Latin America, and East Africa.
Ben co-leads Dalberg's US Justice, Equity, & Economic Mobility Practice where he advises leaders on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness and the launch of new initiatives. Recent engagements include developing a strategic plan for Princeton University's Eviction Lab; supporting Blue Meridian Partners to identify high-impact policy levers for place-based cradle-to-career organizations; serving as interim chief strategy officer for Community Solutions, a field catalyst supporting 100 communities across the U.S. to drive reductions in homelessness; and supporting Los Angeles County in the design and launch of a new economic mobility initiative serving small businesses. Ben has co-authored articles on health workforce equity, care work, and post-Covid small business recovery.
Ben also serves clients on topics of health equity, including a multi-year trend sensing effort with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a landscaping of innovation in global health for UNICEF, and development of an R&D strategy for new treatments for malaria for a global pharmaceutical company.
Prior to Dalberg, Ben was Director of Strategy for International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian organization with an annual budget of $1.3B and 15,000 staff. At IRC he led execution of nearly a dozen strategic initiatives, including a global business development and expansion strategy, policy & advocacy strategy, MEL strategy, and restructures of multiple departments. He also served as head of programs for IRC Uganda, where he oversaw 700 staff and 13 health facilities.
Ben was previously a strategy consultant in the corporate sector at L.E.K. Consulting, was a visiting scholar at NYU's Marron Institute of Urban Management and has also held positions at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Innovations for Poverty Action, and Partners in Health. Ben currently serves on the board of directors of Community Solutions, and the Brownsville Partnership. Bertrand has nearly 20 years of experience including over 15 in management consulting and a decade as an executive. He has led multimillion-dollar initiatives for both private and public sector entities and his responsibilities ranged from strategic planning to project management and operations management.
Born and raised in Côte d'Ivoire, Bertrand acquired extensive experience as a management consultant with top-tier advisory firms in North America such as Accenture, Deloitte and Capgemini, before choosing to advise leading African businesses, governments and multilateral institutions as part of organizations such as the World Economic Forum and the Africa CEO Forum.
Bertrand holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from York University's Schulich School of Business in Canada. He is fluent in English and French and proficient in German.

Charlie is an Associate Partner based in Nairobi and the global co-lead of the Education to Employment Practice. As a qualified secondary school teacher, Charlie is passionate about combining his deep sector expertise and strategy experience to ensure every child is given access to quality education.
Charlie has worked with the Kenyan Government to develop national policy agendas on youth employment and a national strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). He supported the President's office (PASU) in their role as co-hosts of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) replenishment campaign which raised over $4 billion for global education projects. He co-leads the USAID-sponsored Education Finance Network, leveraging non-state resources to create inclusive, high-quality education systems.
Charlie has also worked extensively in areas including digital agriculture and gender. Prior to Dalberg, Charlie worked in the education practice at PA Consulting, set up and ran a social enterprise in Sierra Leone, and taught History and Economics in a London secondary school as part of the Teach First program.

She has also worked with governments to develop country strategies such as the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, 2018 with the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Medium-Term National Development Plan, 2021 for the Government of Nigeria.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Chimdi was a Financial Associate at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. Chimdi holds an MA in International Development and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Covenant University.
Chris is a Partner at Dalberg, based in Singapore, and leading our strategic growth in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Chris joined Dalberg in 2023 via the acquisition of Panl, a boutique advisory firm he founded in Vietnam in 2020.
Prior to Panl, Chris was the Global Head of Economic Development and Managing Partner of Vietnam for the Boston Consulting Group. He sits on the Economic Advisory Council for the Government of Vietnam within the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and is a board member of Fulbright University Vietnam, the country's first independent non-profit university.
Chris has spent more than twenty years working with senior leaders of government in Asia, including a number of heads of state. His work has focused on defining and implementing national economic plans, and building institutional and human capacity that can sustain economic growth and promote innovation. This has included the transformation of many state-owned enterprises that are seeking to modernize and adapt to opportunities and challenges of technology-driving disruption.
Chris is a British national who grew up in Hong Kong and graduated in Classics from Oxford University. Danielle Sweeney is an Associate Partner with our Washington D.C. office and a certified professional coach. She partners with clients to develop equitable strategies and investment models using highly collaborative approaches and supports leaders to navigate complex situations.
Danielle's recent work includes crafting a collaborative approach with Hispanics in Philanthropy leadership to refine and operationalize their refreshed strategy, working with USAID to develop a Digital Health Fund concept, prioritizing funding and impact for women in the Global South, and supporting 2X Global with its ongoing work to build and strengthen the gender lens investing field.
She also has a keen interest in mental well-being and early childhood development, including developing a social impact strategy for a multi-billion dollar health and fitness company across several markets and co-leading the technical advisory and coaching support for the LEGO Foundation's recent Build a World of Play Challenge.
Within Dalberg, Danielle plays a lead role in our internal mental well-being initiative, Dalberg Minds, and coaches emerging leaders. She was previously the Chief of Staff for the Dalberg Trust, working alongside the Dalberg Group Chairman.

Daphnée is an Associate Partner at Dalberg and and heads up our presence in Paris. She leads teams advising on strategic planning, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and investment notably in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus in Africa.
She brings more than 13 years of experience in consulting and engineering projects, including managing large-scale international cooperation projects in the fields of infrastructure, economic and institutional development, and developing methodologies integrating social, economic and environmental impact assessment and mitigation into the management of large-scale infrastructure design and construction management services.
Prior to Dalberg, Daphnée worked with Louis Berger, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa and Maghreb, where she mostly worked on transport planning and infrastructure development as well as support to public policy reforms through technical assistance and capacity building of public sector organizations, private sector and civil society actors. Daphnée holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science from the École Centrale of Paris, and a Master's degree in International Business and Economics from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris.

Erin Barringer is a Partner based in Dalberg's office in Washington, DC. She has advised Fortune 500 companies, foundations, governments, and multi-lateral organizations on strategic planning, market entry and growth strategies, and monitoring and evaluation projects. Erin has unique sector experience in global health, including maternal, neonatal, and child health, infectious diseases, and non-communicable diseases. Within health, Erin has advised clients on the design and launch of new initiatives, the development of product launch and scale-up strategies, and the creation of innovative financing mechanisms. She has also helped to design and launch several multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Erin worked at Endeavor Global as a director of Endeavor Insight, and at Acumen Fund as an Investment Associate for healthcare and technology deals. Erin also previously worked at IMS Consulting, providing strategy and market access advice to top pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical device companies around the world. Fabiola Salman is the leader of Dalberg's Latin America practice, based in Mexico City. Before joining Dalberg, Fabiola was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, where she advised clients on their growth, market entry and innovation strategies. She also published studies regarding the business opportunities in emerging markets. In addition to her work at Dalberg, Fabiola serves on boards of non-profit organizations in New York and Mexico focused on improving literacy skills and building stronger communities through urban interventions. She has also served as a judge and a mentor in several social venture competitions and accelerator programs.

Prior to Dalberg Fauzia worked at the Mastercard Foundation where she helped design and develop a $50M initiative in Rwanda to improve skills and employment opportunities for young people while expanding the tourism and hospitality industry in the country. She has also worked with Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator in South Africa and consulted for the Initiative for Smallholder Finance and the Rural and Agricultural Finance Learning Lab on improving access to digital financial products for smallholder farmers.

His focus areas include strategy, investing for development, blended finance, education, and fostering inclusive and sustainable private sector participation.
His recent work includes design and performance management of one of the largest impact bonds in education globally (Quality Education India DIB), determining the cost-effectiveness of education interventions in India, developing the growth strategy for an inclusive business focused on eye-care services, identifying ways to foster sustainable and inclusive private sector participation in two low-income economies Asia / Asia Pacific. He also helped conduct a strategic review of a large foundation's program focused on improving education to employment outcomes of 1 million underprivileged women in India and developing a youth employment and entrepreneurship strategy for a low-income country in South East Asia.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Gagandeep was a part of the CEO's office team at HCL technologies, where he worked with the leadership team in designing and implementing strategic initiatives for the organization. Gaurav currently advises several of the world's largest philanthropies on understanding and increasing the impact of their grant-making. He also works with private sector organizations in articulating their social purpose and developing strategies to contribute to global sustainable development goals. Prior to taking on the global leadership role at Dalberg, he headed the firm's Climate Change and Measurement practices, along with leading its Asia region.

Greg Snyders is a Partner with Dalberg based in Seattle. He works on a range of issues including financial inclusion, strategic planning, and long-term corporate sustainability.
As co-lead of the firm's impact investing advisory practice, Greg advises investors, development finance institutions, and private foundations on the strategy, structuring, and implementation of new funds and financing initiatives across a variety of sector areas. He has worked with smaller NGOs at the beginning of a growth journey, as well as with leaders of large organizations on the cusp of a transformative journey and looking for longer-term change management. In 2023 he advised CEOs of NGOs in the UK and Norway on growth strategies, focusing on countering digital hate, and supporting environmental advocacy. His work on the strategic review of the Access to Covid Technologies Accelerator partnership led to a series of recommendations around how to improve international cooperation on the Covid response and was presented to the heads of 10+ major global health institutions.
While co-leading Dalberg's Global Health Practice, James focused on developing strategies to address infectious and non-communicable diseases globally. He has pioneered approaches to assess health product preferences in low- and middle-income countries, aiding vaccine market understanding. In recent endeavors, Joe explored the potential for Guaranteed Basic Income programs in two California cities. He also collaborated with Los Angeles County's Department of Economic Opportunity to develop and launch a new Economic Mobility Initiative. Earlier, Joe contributed to the design of a digital inclusion strategy for the City of San Jose, CA and partnered with the Barbara Bush Foundation to establish a National Action Plan for Adult Literacy in the US. Notably, he worked with the Office of First Lady Michelle Obama on a post-presidency strategy for her signature college access program, Reach Higher. At Dalberg, Joe has undertaken work for clients that is focused on helping organizations develop and carry out practical strategies to create economic opportunities for the underserved. These include Visa, Google, Facebook, Bank of the West, as well as prominent foundations like Gates, Rockefeller, MasterCard, Skoll, and MacArthur.
Beyond his work at Dalberg, Joe serves on the board of directors of the East Bay Community Foundation in Oakland, CA. Juan Pablo's recent commitments to Dalberg include supporting the UK Space Agency's International Partnership Space Programme (IPSP) assess potential opportunities in Brazil for mobile satellite services (MSS) with high social impact potential and economic viable across different sector such as agriculture, education, logistic and tracking, health, deforestation, banking and utilities. Juan also supported the design of the strategic plan for the Mobile Hub, an $80 million initiative that seeks to build a more inclusive digital economy across five focus areas: Data, Digital Infrastructure, Technology, tools, services and platforms, Policy and Knowledge. Before that, Juan was a project assistant at the Engineering Research Center of the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), where he supported the design and creation of Colombia's largest pension administrator.
