As former Vice President of Blanding Associates, LTD of Denver Colorado, Dave has a solid experience in building/developing of commercial real estate. He has performed all duties relating to personnel, land acquision, financing, construction management, fund control, marketing, and property management.
Your investment property is in competent hands with DAS Property Management. With a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, Sondag has also spent a number of years in a commerical brokerage firm, marketing office buildings. Active as listing agent, representing property owners, he's been a Top Producer in the leasing division, also repesenting tenants.
Dave is a 25 year resident of San Diego and currently resides in Carlsbad, North County San Diego.

TIMOTHY SONDAG, PROPERTY MANAGER: Tim has been with DAS Property Management for over seven years. He has worked closely with the management of both commercial and residential properties throughout San Diego county. He has controlled all aspects of property management including finance, marketing, maintenance, leasing and employee/tenant issues.
