Dale earned a BS degree from Penn State and a Masters and Doctorate from the University of Georgia. Dale is a member of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association. Dale and his wife Pam Bracken are proud supporters of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine (ranked in the top 10 worldwide by US News and World Report).
