Lee Bowie is a founding partner of the firm. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Mississippi College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Lee began practice in 1990, working primarily in the complex products liability defense sector. He spent considerable time in litigation and courtrooms spanning across the country during the 1990's. Since forming this firm with John Davidson in 2004, Lee's practice has primarily been focused on disputes between business owners, and the recovery of financial losses associated with securities and other investments.

John Davidson is the managing partner of Davidson Bowie, PLLC. His firm represents clients throughout the country in matters ranging from complex securities cases to catastrophic injury cases. John began his le gal career in 1990 after graduating from the Univers ity of Mississippi Law School. He worked as a felony prosecutor in both Dallas, Texas and Jackson, Mississippi until 1998 and has personally tried scores of cases, including assisting in the successful re-prosecution of the murder of slain civ il rights worker Medgar Evers. During the last four years of his prosecutorial career he ran the Grand Juries and homicide prosecutions division for the Hinds County Circuit Court in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1998 John wen t into private practice. That firm became the largest plaintiffs practice in Mississippi, handling a variety of complex cases including mass pharmaceutical cases, securities and crash-worthy litigati on involving automobile safety. During this time, John was involved in several of the nation's leading product liability trials. Since then, Davidson Bowie, PLLC has been lead counsel in multiple cases, including a case stemming from the rollover of a church bus which evolved into and created a nation-wide NHTSA recall of thousands of similarly defective manufactured buses.
