Christopher Russo joined Empire Office in 2021 as VP, Operations. With more than 25 years of experience, Chris began his career as a Service Technician, working his way up to Install Foreman and Estimator, then eventually moving into a management role as Vice President of Operations. As a key member of the Empire management team, Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of projects including the delivery and installation of product and the coordination with warehouse facilities teams, on-site building management companies and union workers, as needed. He works closely with the Local Union Trades to maintain job harmony and establishes best practices for operational efficiencies and job site safety overall. Chris works with the sales, design and project management teams to finalize design specs, estimate budgets, execute projects and staff sub-contractors where required across the country.
With over 25 years of experience working on both the dealer and manufacturer sides of the industry, Jocelyn brings a wealth of product and industry knowledge to the Empire Office executive management team. Jocelyn joined Empire in 2009 as a sales leader in NY and throughout her very successful career has taken on additional roles and responsibilities related to New Business Development, Strategy and Marketing. As COO, Jocelyn oversees corporate strategy, new business development initiatives, and the Creative Studio, Design, RFP and Marketing departments, as well as key strategic accounts for the company. Her forward-thinking vision enables her to recognize emerging trends in the industry and apply them to client projects, key accounts and long-term company goals.
As President, Northeast, John is a key member of our Executive Management team and leads the corporate initiatives for Empire's Northeast Region market. John oversees the sales efforts and sets the direction, goals, and vision in these markets. Additionally, John oversees project management, as well as the Empire architectural walls division throughout the country. John has over 25 years of experience in the industry having worked for major manufacturers in the past, including most recently, serving as Chief Operating Officer at Inscape. Before that, John was Regional Vice President of Sales at Steelcase and worked directly with Empire on some of the New York-Metro Area's largest projects. John's background in the industry provides our sales teams with incredible insight that help us excel in our markets, grow our market share, and provide our clients with the greatest level of service.

Peter has had a front-seat view to watch as Empire has evolved and grown over the years. His grandfather, Abraham Gaslow, founded the company in 1946 as Empire Office Equipment and handed the reigns over to his son (Peter's father), Lawrence Gaslow, in 1980. In 1999, Peter took over as President & CEO and continues to lead the company today. Through his strategic vision and planning, he has been instrumental in growing Empire Office to the $450+ million company it is today.

Stan has over 39 years of experience in the industry overall, having held key positions with numerous well-known design firms including MKDA, The Mufson Partnership and Pavlik Design Team before joining Modworxx in 2016. He has since shifted his knowledge and expertise over to the millwork industry and in his role as SVP, Stan oversees all sales and operations for Fabricate, Empire's custom millwork and furniture division. He works closely with GCs, landlords, manufacturers, architects and clients throughout every project. Stan manages business development and the overall operations of the division.
