Keith E. Andrews received an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989, and after practicing four years as a Certified Public Accountant, attended law school at Loyola University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Andrews has twenty-four years of commercial litigation, commercial transactions and real estate title experience. Mr. Andrews founded Desire Title Company in the fall of 2005, focusing on both commercial and residential real estate closings.
