DIXIE FUND, LLC "The Fund" is a real estate and investment holding company headquartered in Roswell, Georgia. The Fund seeks to make the majority of its investments in Georgia yet also owns property in the Carolinas. Target property types include residential, commercial and recreational. The Fund's diversification strategy is enhanced by investing in projects with multiple time horizons. The Fund also invests in public equity markets and holds high-yielding long-term stock positions. Public equity investments can be used for collateral, cash flow generation and general diversification purposes.
