Attorney Walter J. Dorgan Jr. founded his law firm in 1978. More than 35 years later, his commitment to quality service and sound legal advice for New Jersey and New York families and businesses is stronger than ever. The addition of Walter J. Dorgan III almost ten years ago has made our practice a true family affair. Walter J. Dorgan, III is an attorney whose practice is focused on estate and elder law planning and probate representing individuals, businesses, estates, trusts and nonprofit organizations. Prior to partnering with his father in Paramus, he had practiced as an associate at Connell Foley, a large, prestigious law firm in Roseland for more than five (5) years in the tax and estate planning department. Walter III, received his Bachelor's degree from Boston College, his law degree from Seton Hall University, where he served as an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and his Masters of Tax Law degree from NYU, which is ranked among the top programs in the nation. He is a licensed attorney in both New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the Bergen County Estate Planning Council and Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council as well as numerous bar associations and estate section memberships in the American Bar Association, New Jersey, New York and Bergen County Bar Associations.
