Adesh Jain joined Tolaram Group in 2003 as Finance Manager and has headed various projects, branches, departments and businesses within the group ever since. Before being promoted as the Chief Operating officer of Dufil, he was the General Manager of Power Oil and Emperor Oil (Africa).

Joined the Group in 2001 as a Project Manager and later became the Factory Manager of the Port Harcourt Plant. He Has over 20 years of professional experience in various food businesses including Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Operations. He was the COO of the Group before his current appointment as the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the Group. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia.

Job Titles:

• Director of Human Resources

Joined the group in 2006, having over 25 year of professional experience. He is responsible for Human Resource of DUFIL GROUP. Previously worked as Personnel Manager in Nigeria Machine Tools Limited, Seven Up Bottling Company, Carnaud Metal Box and Nigeria Biscuits company Limited. Chief Kola holds a B.Sc. Degree in Political Science from the University of Ife and Masters Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from the University of Ibadan.

Vivek Kasera is Company Secretary (2008), Chartered Accountant (2008) and graduate from Calcutta University (2005). Vivek joined the Group in June 2009 and has worked in Hypo, TG Arla and MCPL before moving to Dufil as CFO in 2022.He has been instrumental in setting up of new Factories processes and has vast experience in Manufacturing. He has good interpersonal skills and working closely with JV partners
