Charlie Fife is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. A few months after my original court date, I found out some additional information that indicated I was indeed innocent. I didn't even know if it was possible but he helped me to withdraw my guilty plea to a DWAI and repeal my sentence. Eventually went to trial and came out with a much better outcome. Never felt pressured to make a certain decision, but always felt informed about my options and possible outcomes. Highly recommend.

Charles Fife is originally from South Burlington, Vermont. He did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and went on to receive his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the Colorado bar the same year. In 1990, he established Fife Luneau, P.C. As a Colorado DUI defense attorney, he has handled more than 2,500 DUI cases, becoming a respected Denver DUI and DWAI lawyer who clients trust.

Danny Luneau was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. He attended college at Southeastern Louisiana University and graduated in the top 5% percent of his class with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After college, Danny attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and graduated in the Top 8% of his law school class.
